Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- First exchange is free of charge. Any additional exchange will incur a handling fee of ₹160.
- After two failed pickup attempts, customers are required to courier the product to the address provided, at their own expense.
- Exchange requests are processed once the returned item reaches our warehouse (typically within 8–10 working days). Replacement will be shipped after quality verification.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.
- A handling charge of ₹120 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For return requests involving more than three items, a handling fee of ₹200 will be applied.
- After two failed pickup attempts, customers must self-ship the item to the address shared.
- Refunds are initiated once the product passes a quality check at our warehouse (usually within 8–10 working days).
Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 8–10 working days after verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are issued as store credit, redeemable on future TROPYQAL purchases.
General Guidelines
- Clearance, final sale, and heavily discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for exchanges or refunds.
